Erica Brilhart joined the University in September 2019. As the Director of Graduate Admission, Erica and her staff are working with Graduate Program Directors and other members of University leadership to make graduate education at UHart more visible and create efficiencies in admission procedures to reach graduate enrollment targets.

Erica joined the University of Hartford after holding the position of Director of Enrollment Management Operations at East Stroudsburg University. There she was responsible for operational procedures, planning, and program execution associated with student recruitment and retention. Erica was also directly involved in the strategic design and implementation of technology-supported solutions.
